What is Speed Lab Jr?

Speed Lab Jr is a structured 4-day track and field training app designed for middle and high school athletes. It provides a weekly program covering sprint mechanics, plyometrics, and active recovery — with built-in coaching cues for every exercise.

What equipment do I need?

Just a pair of running shoes and access to a track or open field. No gym equipment or membership is required.

How do I log a workout?

Tap on today's workout from the home screen, tap into an exercise, and use the "Log" button to record your sets. When finished, hit "Mark Done" to complete the session and unlock any earned achievements.

How do achievements work?

Speed Lab Jr has 12 track-and-field themed achievements. Every time you meet a qualifying condition (e.g., training before 8 AM, completing all 4 days in a week), you earn a badge. Earn 1x for Bronze, 5x for Silver, 10x for Gold, and 20x for Diamond.

Can I reset my progress?

Currently, progress is stored locally on your device. To reset, delete and reinstall the app. We're working on cloud sync and profile management for a future update.

How do I report a bug?
